Grace Harrington
In my first career, I was a research technologist for a Fortune 100 corporation where I co-authored several process improvement patents. I have been passionate about problem solving my entire life.
I started my career in long term care planning in 2003. As an active member of AALTCI, LTCI Guild, National Ethics, and several other national organizations, I have seen many changes in the industry and changes will continue. Staying on top of these changes is a challenge and one that I truly enjoy.
Experienciing the emotional and financial devastation caused when family members needed extensive long term care has made me a dedicated advocate for my clients. In my family Alzheimer’s and ALS have been a cruel visitors.
I help individuals, families, and business owners protect their independence, assets, and peace of mind without pressure or obligation. My goal is to educate everyone about the risks and realities of needing long term care. I have a straight forward approach in assisting people to design customized long term care plans and provide innovative solutions for their individual needs.
Involved in the community, I am an active volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association, the Susan B. Komen Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and the SPCA.
